Global NFC SIM Market To See High Growth

   Dublin, Ireland -- The global NFC (Near Field Communications) SIM market is expected to grow at a combined annual growth rate (CAGR) of 94.7% from 2011-2015, according to a report on Research and Markets. 

The report said that one of the key factors contributing to this growth is the high adoption rate of NFC technology in Japan.

An advantage of Near Field Communication technology is that it can be used by mobile devices for a variety of day-to-day transactions.

The report also said that mobile operators throughout the world have shown support for NFC SIM feature rollouts along with financial firms and technology companies such as American Express, Visa and Google.
